ICU Environmental, Health & Safety is looking to hire an experienced safety professional to provide safety and health services and support to a wide variety of clients in different industries. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of working directly in the field of safety with a working knowledge of OSHA regulations. B.S. degree preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability of developing, implementing, and auditing safety and health programs such as, but not limited to, lockout/tag-out, confined space, fall protection, PPE, hazard communication, etc. Actual hands-on experience in implementing and auditing safety management systems and working in a plant/field setting performing safety/health functions, conducting OSHA 10- and 30-hour classes in construction and general industry. OSHA 500 and 501 certification required; OHST and CSP certification preferred. Excellent communication skills; motivated self-starter; proficient computer skills.
Actual hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and auditing Process Safety Management programs and in facilitating Process Hazard Analyses (i.e., Haswop, What-ifs, etc.). Experience in implementing and managing behavioral-based safety programs.
